What's going on with the pedalboards?
Well, a lot actually. I have one birch board totally complete. Another very close to final assembly and I cut and routed a hardwood version (cherry) this morning. In addition to all of that, I am building the website and figuring out how I will process orders. Oh, and I will have some slick promotional photography of the boards probably after this coming weekend. Stay tuned…

pedalboard number 2 - almost ready for assembly
pedalboard number 2 is all sanded and cut (with the exception of the ports for power cords). might do some inset routing on this one and/or some silk-screened graphics. i think i’m going to stain this one natural (clear) stain with the exception of the braces & front panel which will be mahongany stain. thoughts?

Pedalboard #1 almost complete
Sooooo, here are some better photos of board #1. The recessed plugs (for powering the board) arrived on friday. We’re gonna drill and install that and route a hole or possibly two slots for powering your pedals, and this puppy is done & up for sale.
and here’s # 2 already underway. still have some more sanding to do…

Hand-built hardwood pedalboards
Thats what I do in my spare time. Since I’m nearing the end of my R&D phase, I’ll share some early pics of the process. Right now, I am waiting on a final component to arrive in order to post some pics of the first build that will be for sale. So anyway, here are the pics of prototype #1, built out of el cheapo plywood. :)
